Agreed weekly rent x 52 weeks  x 10%, 8% or 5% + VAT (20%)

eg. £500 x 52 = £26,000 x 10% = £2,600 + 20% VAT = £3,120 (Letting fee charged in advance)

eg. £500 x 52 = £26,000 x 8% = £2,080 + 20% VAT = £2,496 (Letting fee charged in advance)

eg. £500 x 52 = £26,000 x 5% = £1,300 ÷ 4 = £325 + 20% VAT = £385 (Management fee charged quarterly in advance)
