Els relocated to NW3 from the Netherlands in the late 1980s and progressed into estate agency ten years later. She has accumulated a wealth of local knowledge, which she combines with an exceptional focus on personal customer service. Els leads the team and is involved in all aspects of the property services delivered by Stella Lange LLP.
Ali

Ali

Ali has worked in the property business for over 25 years, and became a partner 3 years ago. Although from a corporate background, she now appreciates how a bespoke agency can provide a hands on approach and a better understanding of her clients’ needs. Ali is passionate about matching people to the right property, for both sales and lettings.
Salome

Salome

Salome supports the back office processes at Marty's Yard. She is responsible for bookkeeping and payments. Her attention to detail ensures that transactions are processed on time and that property owners and occupiers are well informed. Salome also assists with the deployment of services for the many properties that we manage.
Lindsay

Lindsay

Lindsay has worked in the property business in NW3 for many years. She applies her experience of sales and letting processes to support marketing and procurement, both from Marty's Yard and remotely. Lindsay endeavours to turn the stress of buying or renting a property into a pleasant process.
Karen

Karen

Karen Phillips joined the Stella Lange team after successfully running her own property consultancy in Hampstead for over 25 years. Karen, an American in London, started out as a relocation agent and went on to establish her own company, focusing on rental properties in north west London. Karen has lived in and around Hampstead for over 35 years and brings a wealth of local area knowledge and experience to the team.
