• A personal consultation to discuss your property and location requirements, and budget
• A thorough search of houses, flats or apartments in your desired North West London location/s
• Identifying and personally viewing all suitable properties within your parameters
• Providing a shortlist of potential properties, arrangingand accompanying you on viewings
• Negotiating with the vendor directly or through the vendor’s agents
• Introducing you to an independent mortgage broker, solicitors and professional service providers if required
• Liaising and handling the buying process on your behalf, through to completion

Fees

1.8% including VAT of the purchase price of the property
